We DO NOT offer:

Broken glass replacements

New windows and doors

New security screens

New Fly screen frames

Commercial maintenance

Pricing is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. We will of course discuss this with you before we proceed with the job.There is a minimum $100 fee per call out.

Fly Screen Replacement

We offer Fiber Glass, Aluminium and Petmesh fly screen MESH replacements. Pricing from $55 per window panel and $75 per door panel

Locks and Handle Replacement

We offer a wide range of lock, handle and barrel replacements for your aluminium windows and doors. Pricing from $80 per service.

Sliding Door Roller Replacement

We offer residential sliding door roller replacements to get your doors sliding perfectly again. Pricing from $145 per door panel

Leaks

Due to the nature of leaks in residential homes we cannot give an exact price until we have inspected the problem area. For a technician to attend there is a call out fee of $100

Sliding Window Roller Replacement

We offer residential sliding window roller replacements to get your windows sliding perfectly again. Pricing from $120 per window panel
